Trussmatic Names Janne Leinonen as New CEO

roof truss manufacturing, is excited to announce the appointment of Janne Leinonen as its new
Chief Executive Officer, effective 5 August 2024.

Janne Leinonen brings extensive experience and a proven track record in driving innovation and
growth within the industrial automation sector. Prior to joining Trussmatic, Mr. Leinonen served
in several senior executive roles at ABB, a global leader in robotics, power, and automation
technology. His strategic leadership and operational expertise have been instrumental in
expanding ABB's market presence and spearheading groundbreaking advancements in
industrial automation.

During his international tenure at ABB, Janne Leinonen has held various P&L roles, including
Division Manager at ABB Robotics & Discrete Automation business area in Finland. With over
20 years of experience in discrete manufacturing, he has successfully led growth organizations
in this field. Under Janne’s leadership, the ABB team has achieved profitable growth, expanded
sales channels, gained market share, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Advisor focusing on R&D and technical support for sales.
