Safe + Sound Week is a nationwide event being held August 12-18, 2024, that recognizes the successes of workplace health and safety programs and offers information and ideas on how to keep America's workers safe.

Why Participate?
Successful safety and health programs can proactively identify and manage workplace hazards before they cause injury or illness, improving sustainability and the bottom line. Participating in Safe + Sound Week can help get your program started, energize an existing one, or provide a chance to recognize your safety successes.

Who Participates?
All organizations looking for an opportunity to recognize their commitment to safety are welcome to participate. Last year, more than 5,300 businesses helped to raise awareness about workers' health and safety!

The National Framers Council (NFC) is proud to support and participate in Safe + Sound Week 2024! This year, NFC is providing a free Job Hazard Analysis Form (JHA) form you can download (below) to use today, along with a sample Forklift Job Hazard Analysis (Forklift JHA) form and a PowerPoint presentation that walks through the steps of filling out the JHA.

NFC encourages members to participate in this year-round campaign. Participation is a good way for framers to get started with a new subscription to FrameSAFE or get active subscribers more involved with their existing program.

Register your activities on the Safe + Sound Week webpage and learn more about how to participate. Be sure to take photos and send to NFC staff so we can share your Safe + Sound story with members this fall!
