Brown joined Bliffert Lumber in 2001, working at the lumber counter at the Morgan Avenue location. Since then, he has advanced through various positions, including sales, estimator, manager, and executive vice president.

“Josh is a tremendous asset to our team and has been instrumental in our success,” said Eli Bliffert, fifth-generation owner of Bliffert Lumber. “His expertise in the construction industry is unmatched, and his commitment to our customers have made him a trusted partner both within our company and throughout the community. We consider him family and are grateful to have him as a leader at Bliffert Lumber.”

As COO, Brown will drive operational excellence and support Bliffert’s continued growth. He will also continue to oversee various departments, including sales, while spearheading long-term growth strategies and managing daily operations across Bliffert’s 14 locations and 400 employees.

“I’m honored to take on this new role and excited to continue working with a locally-owned company that truly values its employees, customers, and the community,” said Brown. “Bliffert Lumber is an industry leader, and I look forward to helping drive further growth while supporting builders and contractors throughout Wisconsin.”
