Justin and Ken talk about the apparent pause occurring in the lumber market and how the amount of uncertainty of the near-term is potentially creating opportunities for active buyers. Given demand is still unseasonably strong and the lumber supply chain remains fragile, it’s possible the current window could end abruptly at any time.
