October 20, 2023: Is the Market Finding a New Bottom?

The market appears to be finding a new bottom, though activity remains steady throughout the U.S. These low levels are prompting mills to contemplate further curtailments to reduce costs and supply, particularly as the midterm outlook on demand looks to soften further.
