Some items may see some moderation in coming weeks, both experts agree there may be deals to be had in the short term. High grades remain difficult to find, driving prices higher, and that trend will likely continue through the first quarter of 2022. Justin has been with AIFP since 2010 with a focus in Southern Yellow Pine and Ken has been with AIFP since 2017, specializing in Fir species. Both specialize in high grade lumber for the component manufacturing industry.
