In 2025, SBCA is putting an emphasis on in-plant quality by holding two-day, in-person bootcamps across the country in each region that will focus on training all employees, from front-line production workers to upper management, on the various tools and resources available to component manufacturers (CMs) that seek to improve the quality of products coming out of the plant.

The first event will be held February 11-12, 2025, in Phoenix, Arizona. The schedule will be broken up into two parts, the first intended for managers and the second geared towards inspectors.
