SBCA Bolsters Membership Support with Additional Membership Coordinator

As the needs of SBCA membership continue to expand, SBCA staff follows suit. SBCA is excited to share that it has added another Membership Coordinator to its staff to work alongside Talia Zanotelli. With two membership coordinators, Kelly and Talia will be able to dedicate their time and focus on specific areas of membership, with Kelly focusing on SBCA members and committees and Talia focusing on NFC and SBCA Chapters.  

Kelly is looking forward to building strong, lasting relationships with members and understanding their needs in order to provide them with the tools and resources they need to succeed in SBCA. Kelly’s goals are to help shape the members’ experiences, ensure members feel valued and find value in the association, and to watch the organization grow and flourish. As one of the membership coordinators, Kelly will be the key point of contact for members, helping them navigate the benefits and services SBCA provides.

With previous experience working with major companies, Kelly brings a diverse and valuable set of skills to the team. During her time working in contract labor for Boeing Aerospace, she developed a keen understanding of client needs and collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on complex aerospace projects. When working for WorkTorch, a technical startup, she worked in an account management role and was responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Kelly studied Business Administration at the University of South Florida and holds her Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Santa Fe Community College. Outside of work, Kelly loves spending time with her husband and three children. She also likes pickleball, enjoys all things Disney, and does voiceover acting in her spare time.
