Staley brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role at Wilson Lumber. As the former Senior Sales Director at Spahn & Rose Lumber Co., he played a pivotal role in shaping the company's success. His accomplishments include leading a sales team for ten lumberyards across Iowa, overseeing $78 million in sales, and driving profitable growth across traditional and emerging market segments.
His tenure at Spahn & Rose Lumber Co. also saw him collaborating closely with the Executive Team on strategic planning and implementation, cultivating strong customer and vendor/supplier relationships, and redefining the sales culture with a focus on metric-based goals.
