Alpine, a leading provider of industry solutions for component manufacturers, and Building Engineering & Design Company (BEDC), have expanded their partnership to deliver software innovation for component manufacturers (CMs). This partnership builds on a relationship in which Alpine worked with the design and estimating services provider to connect CMs with a cost-effective solution to scale business quickly.
BEDC leverages Alpine software, as well as their own technology, to provide customers with additional skilled, efficient design capacity. Today, the collaboration is expanding – with a click.
CMs will have seamless access to BEDC’s design services within Alpine software for a more efficient workflow. “This new integration empowers our customers to leverage BEDC’s expertise in design and estimating services while maintaining the power, convenience, and efficiency of iCommand® job management tools. It provides an option to scale design capacity with a seamless, user experience and project transparency throughout the process,” said Rick Tilelli, Alpine’s Director of Software.
The upcoming release of IntelliVIEW® Suite v.24.02.00 will enhance the partnership by offering advanced integration with BEDC’s ROME job management software. This new integration will allow users to send jobs directly to BEDC through the iCommand® application, while tracking job progress within IntelliSheets, simplifying the entire submission and monitoring workflow.
“We are excited that Alpine customers can now effortlessly send jobs to our team with a single click, track job status, and receive files back, all in a fully integrated way,” commented Ben Powles, CEO of BEDC. “BEDC’s technology (including substantial patented AI elements) is exclusive to Alpine customers, and this integration offers enhanced design capabilities that help users work more efficiently. It is the first of many technological improvements we plan to launch together.”
The integration offers Alpine customers several benefits, including:
- Seamless workflow between Alpine software and BEDC design services.
- Increased efficiency in submitting and tracking design jobs.
- Expanded design capacity and increased revenue without the need for additional in-house resources.
